Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho would prefer a move to Chelsea instead of Napoli, despite the Italian club's advances, per a new report.

Per Gaston Edul, who works for TyC Sports, Garnacho is nearing a move away from United. Napoli are said to be interested in a deal to secure the 20-year-old's services this month. To that end, they have tabled a bid worth around €45 million (£38m/$47m) but the offer has not yet been accepted.

Now it has emerged that Garnacho actually prefers a move to Chelsea, who have also been heavily linked. His agent was spotted at Stamford Bridge during Chelsea's clash with Wolves, amid talk of a potential £60m ($74m) bid from the west Londoners. Garnacho would, per the report, like to remain in England.

Garnacho has scored eight goals and laid on five assists in all competitions this season. He has been limited to just 11 Premier League starts, however, and has not registered a goal contribution in the top-flight since November 10.
